Sara Busser is a coach who helps highly sensitive women move from survival mode into lives of greater ease, self-trust, and authenticity. After spending years battling anxiety, chronic health struggles, perfectionism, and people-pleasing, Sara discovered that the path to healing wasn't through trying harder - it was through self-compassion, nervous system regulation, and embracing her sensitivity as a gift rather than a flaw. Drawing from her training in Positive Psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eating Psychology, Holistic Nutrition, and HSP research, she now guides others in reconnecting with their intuition, calming their inner critics, and creating lives that honor who they truly are. As a mother of two, Sara is especially passionate about helping sensitive women break generational patterns and trust themselves more deeply, both in motherhood and beyond.
